Ray Novosel is the Principal of North East Design and Drafting. Ray is a qualified Draftsman and Registered Building Practitioner.
He has held Tertiary qualifications in both Civil and Building Engineering since the early seventies and has over 35 years of building design and site development experience.
During this time Ray has designed and drawn literally hundreds of building plans - including houses, individually designed for builders, private clients and owner builders.
This has included designing and project managing a variety of large and small buildings Australia wide, including some major projects overseas.
Ray uses the services of reputable and experienced engineers, builders and surveyors, so that any hassles associated with your building design project may be minimised.
We provide a complete Design & Drafting package together with old-fashioned friendly service to all those who propose any building / property development work within a 100km radius of Euroa. We also have extensive local knowledge and understand rural Council requirements for all forms of building construction and site development.
Our Services can assist with: Town Planning Applications; Building Permit Applications; On-site Consultation and Advice; Development Plans and Details; Conceptual Layouts / Working Drawings / Construction Plans; Energy Rating Reports (FR5) for ALL buildings (State-wide).
