Rosen Movement is comprised of simple movements designed to cultivate ease in your body, and improve range of motion in your joints, while freeing the diaphraam to allow natural breathing.

The class structure, the sequencing of movements, and the use of music create an enviroment for deep relaxation and connection.

Come join us in creating a safe and intimate space where aliveness, joy and transformation happen!

A drop in class for all ages held on Tuesdays, 2pm to 3pm at the Violet Town Community Hall.
