Wanted: Market Coordinator
The Violet Town Market Committee, a sub committee of the Violet Town Action Group is advertising the position of Market Co-ordinator.
This position entails an average of 25 - 30 hours per month which includes approximately 8 hours on market day.
Ideally the market coordinator has good people and negotiation skills, is reliable and honest and has a passion for a fantastic community event.
Duties include: Responding to enquiries, call backs, siting casual stallholders, money collection / balancing etc.
A market phone is provided
The Coordinator is supported by a large team of volunteers (Friends of the Market) and a Committee of Management
