Nagambie Lakes Strathbogie Ranges Official Visitors Guide
Strathbogie Shire Council is pleased to invite advertising contributions in the first shire-wide Official Visitors Guide (OVG). This quality publication will showcase our region to visitors, providing information on our many tourist attractions, natural landscapes, restaurants and eateries, wineries and cellar doors, accommodation, retail shopping precincts and events.
The Official Visitors Guide is as much a marketing vehicle for our local businesses, as it is an information brochure for the travelling public. The OVG will be designed in such a manner, as to create demand for our tourism product and services, and therefore have a real return-on-investment for advertisers. It is intended that the OVG will persuade visitors to choose our destination over competitor destinations, and generate income for our local tourism industry.
The OVG will be a professionally designed, A5 sized glossy brochure that will be in a format this is easily recognisable to visitors, as it will carry the Tourism Victoria "jigsaw" branding. It is anticipated that 20,000 copies of the OVG will initially be printed and widely distributed across the network of accredited Visitor Information Centres, as well as through local tourism businesses and outlets.

Not only will advertisers enjoy a lower rate than many other regions, members of our Local Tourism Associations and regional food and wine network are eligible for a discounted rate".
