THIS phone seminar is scheduled for Monday 29th January 2007 at 1.00pm

Carl Fraser from Rural Financial Counselling Services (RFCS) and Karen Fedke from Centrelink to be the guest speakers at the next BESTWOOL/BESTLAMB phone seminar.

With more and more regions being declared with Exceptional Circumstances BESTWOOL / BESTLAMB felt that a speaker from the Rural Financial Counselling Service and Centrelink would be worthwhile to explain the funding and services that are available for farming families.

THIS phone seminar is scheduled for Monday 29th January 2007 at 1.00pm

Carl will inform participants about assistance schemes that are available under Exceptional Circumstances. RFCS provides free and impartial rural financial counselling to primary producers and small rural businesses.

Karen is a Rural Services Officer with Centrelink and will explain what services are provided for farming families. Centrelink is helping people in communities that have been affected by the drought. There is assistance available for farmers, farm hands, the owners of small businesses who depend on farm businesses in drought affected areas and the wider community.

To participate in the phone seminar you must register on 1800 094 517.

Registrations will be taken from Monday 15th January

Upon registering you will be asked to provide your contact details to enable us to send out the notes for the presentation. Once you have registered the company will give you the 1800 number to call on the day to link you with the seminar.

THIS call is to a 1800 number so there is no charge to your phone bill - the cost of the call is picked up by BESTWOOL/BESTLAMB.
