Youth Trip to Melbourne
This week there is a Youth Trip to Melbourne on Tuesday and Wednesday. Woodwork group meeting on Tuesday at the Skills Shed from 10am and a Friendship Meal on Wednesday Night For All Ages, at the Skills Shed From 7.30pm Bring along something to share and enjoy a meal with friendly, happy people. Cheap Healthy Food for Young People
On Thursday there will be a cooking course – Cheap Healthy Food for Young People Come Starts at 11am – 1pm Cost $ 5 Bookings by the 9th essential. And then a Horror Movie Night Starting at 6pm in supper room. Come along and watch Saw I and II as well as the Grudge I and II. All young people who attend must have a permission slip signed by a parent/guardian. Popcorn/snacks for sale. Cost Gold Coin
Pool Disco
On Friday the 12 January night there will be a pool disco starting at 7pm at the Pool. Games Fun and Great Music. BYO CD if you wish. Cost $ 4. On 13th there will be a Family Night - Live Local Music and Family Film Come along and watch Hoodwinked and enjoy some great live, local acoustic music. Music starts at 7pm, film at 9pm. All welcome.
Youth Jam
On Sunday 14 January there will be the Youth Jam Come along play music and enjoy. All Welcome. Facilitator Andie Guerin. Adult Jam Youth Space 5pm Are you one of the adults in the community who would like to learn some songs to play along with others and to enjoy great music like the youth are. Well come along join in and see if you like it. Facilitator Andie Guerin
Scrapping session
On Monday the 15 January there will be Scrapping session from 10am – 1pm in the Supper Room at the Community Complex. Bring along your scrapping materials and join in. Bookings essential as activity is number dependent. On the 16th there will be woodworking group from 10am and computers and then a youth drop in centre at the Community House from 1 – 4 pm Hang out have fun. Cost $2 per hour when on line. On the 17th there will be a Drop In Centre. Play Pool, Games and have fun. 1 – 3pm at the Community House
Bohogie Music Sessions
The 19 January sees the return of the Bohogie Music Sessions Are Back so head on up to the Boho Hall and enjoy some awesome and fantastic live music. Also on the 19th at the Swimming Pool there will be the Pool Games starting from 6 – 8pm. Come along for a great fun evening.
Other things that are happening over the school holidays include video making, Bike Ride and Picnic, Singing, Performance and Dance Workshops. Aussie Film Night with local short films. Water Ski Camp and Shepparton Trip for Primary School Kids
