Mental Health Day
Mental Health Day is to be held on Tuesday 19 June from 9 am at the Community Complex in conjunction with Hume Corridor Health Service.
It will be a day full of relaxing activities and a chance to learn more about stress management and depression.
The program includes:
- 9 am Walking Group (leaves from Community Health)
- 10 am Morning Tea
- 10.30 am Stress Management and Depression Talk
- 12.30 pm Healthy Lunch
- 2.00 pm Rosen Movement
- 3.00 pm Relaxation Workshop
Bookings essential by the 15 June for catering purposes on 03 5798 1288. Lunch costs $5 per head.
Hume Corridor Health Service will be also measuring blood pressures and making other health checks from 10.30am – 1.30pm.
