Sustainable Farm Families workshop in Violet Town

The Department of Primary Industries will hold a series of workshops across Victoria. The North East region workshop will be held on 26 – 27 November 2008 entitled 'Sustainable Farm Families' workshop in Violet Town.

"Rainfall in September has been well below the long-term average in most districts. This is largely due to the persistence of high pressure systems over south-eastern Australia, the relatively few periods of frontal or cyclonic activity, and the fact that there has been little moisture associated with those fronts."
