This year Victoria celebrates 100 years since some women won the right to vote (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women were not able to vote until 1967).
Word and Mouth is celebrating the Centenary of Women’s Suffrage with a project called "THROUGH THE EYES OF YOUTH", a photographic/ image display and community forum.

Submit your photographs/ images that depict one or more of the themes of the Centenary of Women’s Suffrage:
Women’s leadership in our society—historic, present and futuristic
The exclusion of Aboriginal women until 1967 and their struggle for citizenship
The social impact of women gaining the vote

Images will be on exhibit Monday 24 November at Wesley hall, 136 maude St Sheppparton 3.30pm - 7.00pm - food, speakers, activities provided all welcome.
