School Holidays and Easter Break

Date to remember Beginning of Term 2, Mon 20th April

All Staff and students are looking forward to the next two weeks. With the Autumn weather being so pleasant, it will be a good chance to do those family things! We have added a section to the newsletter - courtesy of the Department of Education - listing some good things to do.

When school resumes, hats will not be compulsory, although being Sunsmart is always sensible.

Peranbin PC Footy Tipping Competition

The first round - and already behind! Four tipsters picked 7 last week, and with 22 players, there will be $484 in prize money through the season, and $484 for the school. A great idea!

Cross Country and Winter Sports

In term 2 all Peranbin students will have 5 special days, beginning with the Peranbin PC Cross Country at Strathbogie on the first Friday back - 24th April.

This will be followed by four campus-based sports days - as follows

On these days the senior students participate in a rotation of sports, whilst the junior students will have a tabloid sports and music classes with Mr Spencer.

These are great days! Parents are very welcome to attend all 5 days. You will see our whole school in action.

To everyone, have a safe and happy Easter holidays, and we will see you back in a couple of weeks! Peter Matthews Principal
