A team of people rallied behind the project to create a mosaic for the Caniambo Hall.

Organiser, Jacci Campbell, received a grant of $500 from Womens Health that got the project started, not that any of the team were experienced at making mosaics.

Unfortunately the project languished for a short time and then Relationships Australia offered funding that Jacci quickly put to good use.

Working to a deadline, 2:30 pm on 21 July 2009, the mosaicers worked hard to have the mosaic completed and on the Hall before the unveiling ceremony.

Jacci Campbell introduced the mosaic team and thanked the sponsors for their generous donations and read a message from a mosaicer who derived great benefit from the whole project.

To complement the unveiling ceremony, everyone was invited into the hall where a wonderful 'high tea' was laid out and consumed by the 50 plus who attended.
