An Evening of Film and Music

The Violet Town Community House is proud to present the 2009 International 15/15 Film Festival Screening from 7pm on Saturday 7 November on the lawns of the Community Complex. Four locally made films will also be screened.

The 15/15 is a short film festival where people are challenged to make a short film of no more than 15 minutes in length in less than 15 hours. All films must include an object (this year balloons) and a quote (the important thing is to be happy). Films vary from animations, dramas, music video’s comedy’s and experimental.

The evening will also include some acoustic music by local performers and also a free sausage sizzle (vegans catered for)

All the films are family appropriate and there is no charge for the evening, BYO blanket to sit on and snacks.

A small art exhibition will also be on display in the Youth and Arts Space for your enjoyment.
