	 <description>The Violet Town Action Group are partnering with Rezeko to operate a bulk-buy scheme to install grid interactive solar electricity substantially cheaper than current market rates. At present there is a government rebate of $8 000 for 1kW systems.  There is no additional rebate for additional capacity over 1kW. At the workshop the community suggested seventy-six different ideas and initiatives as the basis for the new community plan. Following the February 2007 session, members of the VTAG grouped all of the suggestions into ten broad themes. Ten local people took on the role as facilitators for each of these themes. Small group meetings to develop the ideas within each theme were publicly advertised, and took place. The information set out in the Ten Key Themes in this Plan mostly comes from the work done by those small groups, and especially by the Theme facilitators in writing it up.</description></item>
