Our Heritage trail

Pick up a Heritage brochure from any retailer in Violet Town and wend your way around the oldest inland surveyed town in Victoria.

The brochure contains a marked map of the town. On foot, visit the old buildings in Cowslip St, then drive to the cemetery dating from the 1870s in Williams Lane, the Southern Aurora memorial in McDiarmids Road and the various memorials in High Street.
