Mystic Downs is a working farm and we like to share our beautiful and peaceful part of the world with others. We have sheep, alpacas, goats, Holly the cat and Ruby our dog.

Our location is central to many attractions including the Goulburn and Murray rivers, wineries, markets, art galleries, regional centres, bush walking, bird watching or relaxing by the pool or on the deck overlooking the farm.

Our amazing B&B farm stay accommodation is a unique experience. We have converted half of our working shearing shed into luxury accommodation. Amenities include:
