Bush Gatherings is a plant nursery, an art space, and an innovative consultancy and community facilitation service based in North East Victoria.
Art Gallery and Workshop Space
Our business premises is in a historical cottage and is in an easily accessible and visible location in the community. Wishing to create an opportunity in the community we are proud to share our space.
Space and Workshop Area
The art space is one large room, painted white, with large old windows. It has its own entrance and opens out onto a covered outside verandah. The floor is wood and there are removable down lights if required. There is a large table and piano in the space. These can be moved or remain as required.
We do not have a commercial kitchen nor an alcohol licence but we can plan for food vans and licensed wineries or breweries as required.
If required, a workshop space can also be provided and workshops can be supported as needed.
Fees and Charges
It is not our intention to charge for the use of the gallery space or a commission, we just love the beautiful history and character of the room, as well as being passionate about visual and performing arts and believe that the space is well suited as a small intimate venue.
Consultancy Service
The consultancy service is an extension of the work Andie Guerin and Annette Walton have been doing for a long time. bush gatherings offer a responsive and complete service designed to achieve positive outcomes. With a proven track record, we understand how to create an environment where all stakeholders are engaged, build collaborative relationships, deal with complex issues and problems positively and proactively, deal with effective decision making and appropriate action.
As residents of the north east region of Victoria for the past twenty-six years we also understand small and large communities, we have lived experience as community leaders, business owners, volunteers, committee members, residents, employees and board members. We know the local communities well.
Creating opportunities with country communities
We have the ability to support you to achieve your outcomes. Whether this be a community plan, community design of a festival, place making projects or the management, design and facilitation of workshops to create local grass roots programs and events or to deal with a location specific issue.

Offering a full range of community consultation services from planning to facilitation, project management to workshops. Our experience in the community, youth, arts, environment, local government and business sectors. Provides you with the opportunity to access many varied skills and experiences.
Herbal, Medicinal and Edible Plants
A passion of ours is health and well being plants. Plants that help in healing, plants which are culinary and plants which are edible. With over forty years in the nursery industry growing a wide variety of plants, co-owners Andie Guerin and Annette Walton are able to meet your needs in regard to your revegetation needs. Please contact us and we can discuss your requirements, plants can be grown to order and in the spring we will have a range of plants available in stock for immediate delivery.
We grow indigenous plants for revegetation, herbal, medicinal, and indigenous edible plants and other little treasures.
